New Pedestrian Signs Look for new pedestrian signs along sidewalks in the Capitol Complex. The six-foot, red, sandwich-board signs have been refreshed with updated maps and a QR code for easier access to the online campus map. The closing of the construction exit at Congress is another milestone for The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC).
