1501 Lavaca State Office Building
The ground level is complete. The project team is currently pouring the first elevated deck. The first level of the building will be completed in March. Utility work on west 15th Street and west 16th Street will continue for a couple of months.
1500 Congress State Office Building
The project team is currently working two levels below grade. All lower basement levels are complete.
Texas Capitol Mall Extension
Even though the Texas Mall Extension was the last site to begin construction, progress on the site has caught up with the 1501 Congress State Office Building site. The project team is currently working two levels below grade.
