From 6 a.m. September 16 and through 6 p.m. September 29, a section of the sidewalk on the north side of 16th Street at Congress Avenue will be temporarily closed for utility work associated with Phase II of the Capitol Complex Project. The work will extend from the east side of the Elrose Building to Congress Avenue (the Texas Capitol Mall Extension construction site).
Please follow the yellow and black detour signs to safely travel east and west within the Capitol Complex.
