15th Street Lane Closures – From 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 16, through 12:01 a.m. Monday, August 19, the three westbound lanes of 15th Street from San Jacinto Ave. to Lavaca Street will be closed. Large transport vehicles will be delivering the Texas Capitol Mall Tower Crane to the construction site. Please follow detour signs in the area.
