1501 Lavaca Building – It’s a busy time on the construction site, and with minimal storage room available, material and equipment deliveries are carefully scheduled for installation soon after arrival.

1501 Lavaca Building – Concrete work continues to form the lower levels of the underground garage.

1500 Congress Building – Drilling for foundational piers in ongoing. Preparations are underway for the first slab on grade pour to form the bottom level of the underground parking garage. The slab on grade pour is scheduled for mid-September.

Texas Capitol Mall Extension – Waterproofing and drilling to set foundational piers continues on the site. The third and final tower crane for the Phase II project has been installed on the Texas Capitol Mall site. The tower cranes will work in tandem to move the heavy materials necessary for the concurrent builds on the three adjacent construction sites.
