Sunrise over the Capitol Complex – A view from the 1501 Lavaca tower crane captures the installation of the 1500 Congress tower crane.
The second tower crane has been installed on Phase II of the Capitol Complex. The crane height is 209 feet. The 1500 Congress tower crane is the second of three cranes that will be installed on the project sites. The third and final crane is estimated to be installed on the Texas Capitol Mall site in June.
