Are you ready for football? It’s that time of year to don your burnt orange and head out to catch a game and do some tailgating. The Texas Facilities Commission is proud to offer UT Football Tailgating on State property near the university campus.
The 2024 season ushers in a thrilling new chapter for the University of Texas at Austin as the Longhorns officially join the Southeastern Conference (SEC). This season’s seven-home game schedule is packed with high-profile matchups against top-ranked teams, drawing fans from all over. As expected, tailgating spots are almost sold out. Visit the TFC tailgating webpage for remaining availability.
For easy access to the stadium, consider taking the UT Park and Ride Shuttle to the game. Park at State Lot 26 (701 W. 51st St.) and get dropped off near the stadium. Shuttle service runs two hours prior to all games and for one hour after the game ends.
Please visit our webpage for more details on tailgating policies, tailgating lots, parking, and maps. Football Gameday Parking on State Property (texas.gov)
