SAFETY ALERT: Drive defensively and slow down on MLK Blvd. Reminders MLK Blvd. and Congress Lane Closures: An eastbound lane of MLK Blvd. from Colorado to Brazos Street (in front of the Bullock and Blanton Museums) will be closed for the duration of the Capitol Complex construction project.
