West 16th Street between Colorado and Lavaca will be closed for concrete deliveries from midnight to about 11 a.m. on the following dates:
- April 9, 2025 (Thursday) – Level 3 Pour
- May 2, 2025 (Friday) – Level 4 Pour
- May 8, 2025 (Thursday) – Level 4 Pour
On the dates above, major concrete pours will take place on the 1501 Lavaca construction site that necessitate the street closures. During the concrete pours, a concrete pumper truck will be located on West 16th Street blocking traffic. Cement trucks will stage in the southbound lane of Colorado (in front of Garage E), before accessing the pumper truck at the worksite on West 16th Street.
ATTENTION GARAGE E USERS: The Colorado entrances and exits of Garage E will remain open.
