Texas Capitol Mall Slab-on-Grade Vapor Barrier
Yellow vapor barrier, known as Stego Wrap, sealed with red Stego Tape on the Texas Capitol Mall site. The wrap and tape combination creates a water-tight seal between the individual sections. Lavaca Perimeter Pier Dilling
Beaird Drilling, a JE Dunn team member providing self-performing concrete services, drills perimeter piers around the foundation perimeter of the Lavaca Street office building. The piers will support structural members. The photo shows an A250 drill rig, used to drill each of the six piers to a depth of 120 feet.
